Sam is one of the best Starbucks partners I’ve encountered in the past seven years. I first met him at the Terrell location off Highway 34, and from the beginning, I could tell he stood out. He always went above and beyond—remembering my drink order and all the customizations, greeting me by name, and checking in on how I was doing. He takes the time to ask about my life and genuinely cares, which makes every visit a positive experience. Sam has a natural ability to create a welcoming and personalized environment for customers. He is calm, collected, and professional in every interaction. I believe he has the qualities of a strong leader and would be an excellent asset for the company in a leadership role. This Starbucks always has super fast and friendly service. It is very clean and well organized. The drinks are consistently made just right (some Starbucks are not consistent). This is one of my favorite ones to stop at. When they aren't busy I will stand and talk to staff just because they are so awesome!

Did I get the right sizes? Ordered Grande (16oz) and Venti (20 oz) drinks but the venti is 2x the size of grande. See pic.

Let me tell you something. I walked into this Starbucks a broken shell of a human being. My eyeliner was smudged, my spirit was cracked, and my phone battery was at 3%. I ordered a venti brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso with salted caramel cold foam, expecting nothing more than sweet bean juice to keep me alive. Then it happened. The barista.. let’s call him Trevor, Prophet of the Steam Wand.. called my name like it was a sacred chant passed down from generations. When I took the first sip, time slowed. Somewhere, faintly, I heard a choir of espresso angels sing in three part harmony. The foam was so perfect I cried a little. A single tear rolled down my cheek and healed my adult acne. The caramel drizzle realigned my chakras. A nearby customer saw me glowing and whispered, “She’s transcending.” Also, the bathroom was clean and smelled like hopes, dreams, and eucalyptus. 10/10. Would recommend. This Starbucks didn’t just caffeinate me .. it rebirthed me.

I’ve been about 5 times since they open and the customer service is amazing everyone is so nice and the line moves fast. Today I ordered a venti ice coffee it wasn’t filled to the top.(and yes I took a sip to make sure it was good lol) I hate that because I left a tip. So to me I should have gotten a grande and left no tip.. I did say something to the lady but she looked confused so I said it’s okay but as I drove off I thought about how I tipped and this isn’t okay for this to happen. Other than that amazing Update 11/26 it’s inconsistent whoever is making the drinks one day it’s great the next it’s not. I asked for a refund the manger never said anything to me just did the refund and walked off .. do better with your loyal customer or there will be none

Consistent quality. I frequent this location. I drive from Athens to Tyler and back almost every day, so I have plenty of options, and this is my go-to stop. Service is spot on, staff are friendly, upbeat, and consistent with quality. They have literally never messed up my order, I have zero complaints, and several of the baristas are amazing. They make good suggestions, and they even check in on me periodically when I pop in to read or study for a while. Speaking of - it’s peaceful, not loud, and the music isn’t a bother when I invite people to join me and have conversation. The conference style table is awesome for groups and/or business meetings. There are plenty of tables. The drive thru is quick, even in the busy hours. I popped inside, placed my order on my app for pick up, and it was ready within a minute or two, even though the morning crowd was going through the drive thru and it was pretty busy. The app said it should have taken up to 10 minutes. I’m thoroughly impressed. I bring my daughter here for quality time to play the board games they have set out and she loves it. This is by far my favorite Starbucks location to date. Great job Starbucks in Chandler! Overall - 10/10
